My name is Travis Martin. I grew up in western north Carolina, nebo to be exact. I was a product of the state from age ten to seventeen...! My mother was and addict and my father was absent so music helped me cope with emotions I didn't know how to control. Alot of things in my life pushed me to make music my career. I attend chorus from seventh grade all the way thru till graduation. After high school I hit the streets with no intention of looking back. Music has always been a big part of my life and lifestyle. I grew up listening to bone thugs in harmony, busta rhymes, twista, bigge, 2pac, avant, 112, jagged edge, sisco, etc. The top three most influential rappers for me would have to be lil wayne, tech n9ne, Eminem although there are alot more legends that Im not mentioning. The list could go on...! I've been making music serious since 2010....I've come a long way but everyday I wake up and still feel like I haven't done or seen enough. I will continue and succeed in this dream to tell the world my story. My name is Griddy Sama. Griddy meaning from the streets....Sama meaning a sense of a certain level of spiritual enlightenment.
